Shark Bites Flash- better quality video
While shooting the campaign for the Bahamas tourist office, one of my subjects was Michelle Cove. Her company will take you on a shark adventure where you can scuba dive with reef sharks. We planned the shoot with Michelle swimming through as many sharks as we could muster. Our first dive only produced two sharks so we arranged to dive again in a few days. This time 14 sharks turned up to the curtain call and we just shot the scenario time after time. As we were capturing the scenario time and time again, I decided to switch the video function on on my Canon EOS5d mk2 as it was fairly new and with a new Ikelite housing wanted to see if I could capture something to analyse and just check out the video quality. Before the dive, the dive crew including Michelle were laughing as the Ikelite stobes I had hired from Cameras Underwater were white and about the same size as a nice white fish. They said the sharks will love those. Little did we know that when a particular shark took a liking to them I would have the video rolling. Watch and enjoy.
